Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

All the flavours and textures of carrot cake in your overnight oats. Using bio-live Greek family natural and vanilla yogurts for a lovely new breakfast idea.

Greek Family Bio-Live Yogurt 500g

What you’ll need:

Step 1

Place all the ingredients (except half of the vanilla yogurt which is needed as the topping) into a medium sized bowl and mix well until everything is combined.

Step 2

Empty into a serving dish (or divide between two ramekins), level off the surface with the back of a spoon then cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

In the morning, spread the remaining vanilla yogurt over the top and serve – there’s enough for two servings but it keeps well, just cover and put it back in the fridge for the next day.

Recipe Tip:

For a change, replace the apple with grated pear, the mixed spice for ground ginger and swap in honey yogurt instead of vanilla – delicious!
